The Commission carries out a criticality assessment at EU level on a wide range of non-energy and non-agricultural raw materials. The 2020 criticality assessment was carried out for 66 candidate materials (63 individual materials and 3 material groups: heavy rare earth elements, light rare earth elements, platinum group metals, amounting to 83 materials in total). In 2011, 41 materials were assessed, 54 materials were assessed in 2014, and 78 in 2017.
The 2020 EU list contains 30 materials as compared to 14 materials in 2011, 20 materials in 2014 and 27 materials in 2017. 26 materials stay on the list. Bauxite, lithium, titanium and strontium are added to the list for the first time. Helium remains a concern as far as supply concentration is concerned, but disappears from the 2020 critical list due to a decline in its economic importance. The Commission will continue to monitor helium closely, in view of its relevance for a range of emerging digital applications. It will also monitor nickel, in view of developments relating to growth in demand for battery storage.
Having multiple levels in their home cage can also help act as barriers to aggression. Make sure that shelters have multiple exits to avoid particular rats stopping other cage-mates from leaving the shelter.
If you see increased aggression in a group of usually stable rats, this could indicate that there is a problem. Check the health of your rats and that something hasn't changed in their cage. Monitor your rats carefully, as they can also show aggression towards their cage-mates when they're in pain. If you're concerned, ask your vet.
NASCAR issues a different rule book for each racing series; however, rule books are published exclusively for NASCAR members and are not made available to the public.[1] Still, many of the rules, such as the scoring system, have been widely publicized both by NASCAR and the media.
When NASCAR changed the Cup Series sponsorship in 2020 to a new package that includes Busch, Coca-Cola, GEICO, and Xfinity, the Viceroy Rule was lifted to allow competing brands to sponsor Cup cars.[30] The rule is still in effect in lower series with Xfinity (for the second-tier series) and Stanley Black & Decker (for the Truck Series), as well as for fuel sponsors in all top three series.
At ovals longer than 1.022 miles (tracks longer than Phoenix), the starting line up will be determined by a single timed lap. At tracks 1.00 miles and shorter (tracks shorter than Dover), the better of two timed laps will set the starting lineup. At road courses, group qualifying is still used.
On January 28, 2019, NASCAR unveiled its new Sports Betting Policy, which prohibits team owners, drivers, crew members and series officials from gambling on NASCAR or disclosing confidential information that could enable or facilitate betting on NASCAR events. Offenders could face fines of up to $200,000 as well as indefinite suspension or termination. NASCAR will continue to permit members to take part in fantasy sports provided the prize value is under $250.[47] The new policy was in reaction to the May 2018 Supreme Court of the United States ruling that struck down the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act of 1992, which allowed US states to authorize legal wagering.[48]
At the designated start time, a pre-race invocation is given, followed by the singing of the national anthem. Once the anthem is complete, drivers have exactly five minutes to get in their cars with all the safety equipment fastened and ready to go. At the end of those five minutes, the grand marshal for the race will deliver the command "Drivers, start your engines!", at which point each car must start its engine. With the engines running, the cars sit on pit road for approximately three minutes before heading on the track for some warm-up laps before the pace car. The average number of pace laps is three, but there can be more or less depending on a wide variety of circumstances and conditions, including but not limited to track length, track drying efforts after rain, or if a car has a problem and stops on the track during those pace laps. At the end of the pace laps, the field will partake in a rolling start.
Great stuff...I use vlookup, hlookup extensively but while I know quite a bit of the tips and hints you provide, I still love getting your emails. I almost always learn something from you or one of your readers posts PLEASE don't ever let my name be deleted from you send list!
Btw, your formula =INDEX(A:A,MATCH(9.99999999999999E307,A:A, 1)) returns the last value in a column because 9.99999999999999 * 10^307 is technically the largest value possible in excel. So Match returns last value in the range A:A. You can replace 9.9999... with max(A:A) and the formula still works (although does one additional calculation)
Not quite sure how this is done, but pretty sure it's with offset, hence the message!I want to calculate the variance between two columns for a monthly report (i.e the weekly variance), short of changing the calculation manually, I'm not sure of the best way to "automate" this...
I read and re-reread the topic on OFFSET but I still dont get.Van someone explain in plain layman english with concrete example? When is it used and how to check if the formular is correct.
I need to validate data on 2 points. First, it must be in a range, Second, it must be greater than the value in the cell next to it, while still in the range. My fields are T_Start, L_Start, L_End, and T_End. T_Start can have any value from the named range Times. L_Start can have any value from named range Times greater than T_Start. L_End must be greater than L_Start, and T_End must be greater than L_End, all while still in the range. The validation for T_Start would only include a reference to the named range, but the validation for L_Start must examine T_Start first, and only allow values from the range Times that are after T_Start. Can anyone offer any advice?
Breaking in a belt is about more than a set number of miles and avoiding high engine RPM. It's about flexing the belt in the correct direction. The side faces need to wear and mate to the proper angle of the sheaves and wear into the correct friction. Cut belts are too sticky, while ground belts are too slippery when new. That wear needs to happen under low load and temperature. Belts run hotter when first installed and are more sensitive to high loads until they break in.
where genome_john_doe.txt is the filename for your raw data file.If you have your FTDNA Family Finder data in a file named johndoe.csv, run the following in R:standardize('johndoe.csv', company='ftdna')
From your operating system command prompt, run the appropriate command:DIYDodecadWin harappaworld.par./DIYDodecadLinux32 harappaworld.par./DIYDodecadLinux64 harappaworld.par
The program will start computing the admixture percentages. It took about 5-10 minutes on my computer.
The best way to understand your results is to compare them with other populations and individuals. Do not take the component names seriously. They do not represent true ancestral populations.
You can also edit the harappaworld.par file's last line to one of genomewide/bychr/byseg/target to calculate the admixture percentages for the whole genome, by chromosome, by segment or target region respectively. Do note that the last three will have larger noise.
- The Baloch component (along with related ones like Gedrosia of Dodecad and West-Central Asian of Eurogenes) is likely simply a bottle-necked West-Eurasian component of an Iranian plateau, and ultimately, an Anatolian Neolithic source that has now become modal in Balochistan. The fact that Iranians exhibit the highest amounts of these Balochistan-centered components across all ADMIXTURE exercises among all West-Asian ethnic groups strongly implies that an Iranian-like group largely contributed to the major influx of West-Eurasians into South-Asia, likely correlating with Neolithic farming. The component is closest to the Caucasus component (Fst distance of 0.041) in Dodecad K12a. In HarappaWorld too it is closest to Caucasian (Fst distance of 0.046).-The Baloch component peaks in the Brahui of Balochistan, followed by the Balochis and Makranis (southern Baloch with non-trivial African admixture). The Baloch and Brahui are virtually identical to each other, both genetically and morphologically/phenotypically. The Brahui are not a West-Asian people, and are Dravidian speaking. Brahui does have very substantial Iranic (Balochi) influence - linguists estimate that up to 20% of Brahui lexicon is from Balochi. It is also worth nothing that modern-day Brahui has adopted the Balochi phonological system and Balochi's suffixed pronouns. The Balochi language is said to have been spread by relatively recent migrants from the Western portion of the Iranian belt. Thus, the most plausible explanation is that the Balochi are simply culturally Iranicized Brahuis, and both groups received only a limited amount of gene flow from these linguistic and cultural fore-bearers corroborating with a elite dominance scenario, perhaps represented by parts of their Caucasian and SW Asian autosomal components. Any proposition that the Balochis (or Brahuis) are recent arrivals in the region is contradicted by the fact that they are identical to their Dravidian-speaking counterparts in the same locality.- "Dravidoid" and other such terms are highly out-dated nomenclature that weren't ever even used in old-school physical anthropology typology-related books to begin with, which are out-dated in themselves. This ("Dravidoid") is a fallacious, whimsical term created by amateurs on online forums. Dravidian is probably not what the Paleolithic South-Eurasian inhabitants of South-Asia spoke. Given that Austro-Asiatic Munda languages itself show high correlation with exogenous East-Eurasian admixture in the Chota Nagpur plateau regions, Munda isn't the aboriginal tounge either. The language of the ASI is lost, so it is incredibly fallacy-ridden to term the ASI ancestry of South and South-Central Asians as "Dravidoid". 2ff7e9595c
